Civic leaders in cities nationwide have expressed concern over how questioning citizenship status on the 2020 Census could reduce response rates and thereby, future federal funding. A federal judge recently barred the question. In Tech News, a survey reveals Americans by and large want privacy, but many do not expect Congress or tech companies to do anything about privacy regulation.

To honor Martin Luther King's legacy, consider reviewing the steps municipal leaders, police and community members can take today to address racial inequalities from the National League of Cities’ Race, Equity And Leadership initiative. Access the steps right here from the photo of Coretta Scott King shaking hands with New York City Mayor Robert Wagner in 1964.
