$1M Firehouse Subs Foundation Grants Available

Firehouse Subs will fund more than $1 million in public safety equipment, disaster relief and more through quarterly grants.

Firehouse Subs Public Safety Foundation started in 2005 with disaster relief for Hurricane Katrina, and today funds public safety equipment and more through Firehouse Subs purchases nationwide and other Firehouse of America sources.

For 2017, Firehouse of America will donate 0.13 percent of all purchases at all U.S. locations to the Firehouse Subs Public Safety Foundation. This alone will result in a minimum donation of $1 million dollars, according to the Firehouse Subs website.

The foundation accepts applications quarterly from local governments, non-profit organizations and educational institutions for:

  • Life saving equipment
  • Public fire prevention education
